VCU undergraduate students have access to tutoring at no additional cost.

During the fall and spring semesters, tutoring is open 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, and 3 p.m.-8 p.m. on Sunday.

All appointments must be scheduled in person at the CLC. If scheduling a group appointment, all members of the group must be in the same section and present at the time of booking.

All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 business hours in advance. For example, if you come into the CLC on Monday, the earliest you can have an appointment is Wednesday; if you come into the CLC on Friday to schedule an appointment, the earliest you can have an appointment is Monday.

Notify the CLC Sunday through Friday by calling (804) 827-8108, 24 business hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not cancel the appointment within that 24-hour period, the appointment will be considered a no-show. After the second no-show, your individual tutoring services will be suspended for the remainder of the semester.

To avoid a no-show, you will need to call the Friday prior to your appointment before 5 p.m. Please do not email.
